Henna

This henna (mehndi) was personally imported from India. It comes in little 25g tubes with a super-fine plastic tip. You unscrew the lid, remove the little foil seal, replace the tip, and you're ready to go.

It is called instant or fast henna because it takes only a short time to dry (about 15 minutes). During this time try not to smudge it! As it dries, it forms a kind of 'skin', which you then peel off (this part is fun) and underneath is the design - perfect!

This natural henna does not contain ammonia or paraphenylenediamine (PPD)

If you want to remove the design, the tube says, wash with soap and water 2-3 times. Otherwise, the design lasts for about 4-5 days.

Each tube is $2.50

One tube is enough to decorate a belly and hands as well.
