Colic-ease tea

This delicious herbal tea is a nourishing blend of carminative & spasmolytic herbs for the mother to drink so that the benefits may reach the baby via breastmilk, to help ease wind and colic in breastfed babies.

Your Colic-ease tea contains:

Caraway – an aromatic herb associated with increase in milk supply, with carminative & spasmolytic properties which reduce wind, intestinal spasm and colic.

Dill – an aromatic digestive with carminative and anti-spasmodic properties to soothe intestinal spasm.

Fennel – a galactogogue which promotes the milk ejection reflex (let down) and provides anti-colic benefits for the baby through the mother’s milk.
Peppermint – a stomachic, carminative and spasmolytic herb with essential oils that reach the baby via breastmilk. Note: the mints may reduce milk supply in susceptible women.

Spearmint – similar properties to its cousin, Peppermint.

Vervain – a calming herb which nourishes the nervous system, enhances milk supply and has spasmolytic properties to soothe colic.
