The Mastitis Blitz tea is a soothing, healing tea to boost the immune system, support internal cleansing and combat mastitis. To get the full benefit, avoid using metal implements when you make your tea. Use non-metal pot or jug, and use a wood or plastic spoon and strainer.

Add lemon and honey for taste if you wish – Active Manuka Honey is ideal and is a natural anti-biotic. You can enjoy your tea hot, warm or cold. Drink 2-3 cups daily.

The Mastitis Blitz herbal tea contains the following herbs:

Calendula – supports drainage of lymph fluids

Echinacea – boosts the immune system to clear infection

Nettle – a richly nutritious herb to boost strength and healing

Rosemary – a natural antiseptic, wonderfully cleansing and invigorating

Thyme – another very effective natural antiseptic that stimulates the immune system.

The Mastitis Blitz Compress Herbs contains soothing, healing herbs to ease the pain of mastitis and clear blocked ducts. To use, fill the provided sachet with herbs and place sachet in a non-metallic container. Pour on hot water and steep for about 5 minutes. Soak soft cloths in the liquid, ring out, and apply to the sore area. (Check temperature on your wrist to avoid burning.) You can apply the actual herbal sachet itself to your breast too. Apply the warm herbal compresses 4 times daily until there is improvement.

The Mastitis Blitz Compress contains the following herbs:

Calendula – an effective topical healer, one of nature’s best healing antiseptics. Helps draw out the infection and unblock the ducts.

Chamomile – an excellent antiseptic, anti-inflammatory herb, also very soothing

Dandelion – improves circulation to the site of infection, reduces swelling and clears toxins

Echinacea - fights the infection like an antibiotic

Marshmallow – a very soothing and healing remedy for mastitis
